You get a brilliant view of the craft that has actually taken the artwork up in to space, the sudden shock and speed is the balloon popping and the craft starting to fall back to earth, just to reinforce how this was actually done.

The vehicle flew 74 miles away and landed in a bowl just off of Lee Peak. Lee Peak is 28 miles south of Winnimucca, Nevada.
The balloon reached 101,000 feet. It flew for about 2.6 hours.

It was launched from the Black Rock desert also in Nevada. It's famous for the Burning Man festival.
